About DU LLB
National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts the DU LLB Entrance Exam for admission to three-year LLB courses offered at campus Law centre, Law Centre-1 and Law Centre-2 of Delhi University. The exam is conducted at the national level at more than 18 test cities across India. Through the entrance exam, 3-year LLB seats will be filled at the three law centres of Delhi University. The intake capacity for the law program at DU Law Centres, currently stands at 2,888 seats.

DU LLB Eligibility Criteria 2022
Candidates should be aware of the eligibility criteria for DU LLB 2022 as prescribed by the University of Delhi The eligibility criteria cover educational qualification, minimum qualifying marks and age limit. The details are given below.
Educational Qualification
The candidate should have passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institution recognized by the university.
Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination are also eligible to appear in DU LLB entrance exam. Such candidates must have completed the educational qualification by the time of counselling.
Minimum Qualifying Marks
- General/EWS category candidates must secure at least 50% marks in the qualifying examination.
- OBC/CW/PwD category must secure at least 45% marks in the qualifying examination.
- SC, ST candidates are required to secure at least 40% marks in their qualifying examination.
There is no age limit for appearing in DU LLB 2022.
DU LLB Application Form 2022
In order to appear in the DU LLB entrance examination, candidates must first register themselves for the examination. TheDU LLB 2022 application form has been released on April 07. Eligible candidates will have to register and fill out the application form in online mode. The DU LLB application process would include the following steps.
Registration for DU LLB 2022
- Visit the PG admission portal of Delhi University
- Click on new registration link
- Register using email ID and password and complete the registration process
Fill DUET PG application form
- Login using registration ID and password
- Fill out the application form by providing information such as personal, educational and communication details
- Select the course as - 3-year LLB, and submit the application form
DU LLB Application Fee Payment
Complete the application process by submitting the registration fee. General, OBC, CW candidates will have to pay Rs 750 as application fee. SC and ST candidates are required to pay Rs 300 as an application fee.
DU LLB Syllabus 2022
Candidates preparing for DU LLB entrance exam should refer to the syllabus prescribed by the university. The
DU LLB 2022 syllabus would inform the candidates about the subjects from which questions will be asked in the examination. Therefore, the syllabus would be an important document to be referred to by the candidates while preparing for the examination. The DU LLB syllabus 2022 comprises 4 sections as follows.
- English Language Comprehension
- Analytical Abilities
- General Knowledge
- Legal Awareness & Aptitude
Each of the above-mentioned sections would have 25 objective type questions.
DU LLB Exam Pattern 2022
To know about the test details, structure, duration and other important information, candidates should check the DU LLB 2022 exam pattern. It will help them in understanding the DU LLB examination in a better way and in shaping the preparation as per the requirements of the test. The online-based DU LLB entrance examination will have 100 objective type questions, each carrying one 4 marks, and a negative marking of 1 mark for each incorrect answer.
